PulseMDM is a global meter-data product. Phase 1 processing for NTech Ltd. customers follows the laws of The Bahamas (Data Protection Act, Chapter 324A). NTech Ltd. is the processor. The tenant organization is the controller. Courts of Nassau have exclusive jurisdiction for Phase 1 agreements.

We keep interval reads, invoices, and notice receipts only as long as applicable law and regulator retention duties require. Payment, email, and push channels use only the services your organization configures.
